Purchasing Tickets

Tickets can be purchased in person at the East Stand ticket office, via telephone, using the online ticket ordering facility and by post.

The club have two self-service ticket collection kiosks in the East Stand ticket office. Supporters that have pre-paid for home game tickets either over the phone or on the internet can collect them by inserting the credit/debit card they used to purchase the tickets into the kiosk. The ticket(s) will then be printed instantly.

Only the actual card used to pay for the tickets will be accepted.

The ticket collection window in the East Stand ticket office is now used for the collection of away tickets only.

Cash only ticket kiosks are now in operation around The Hawthorns on matchdays from 90 minutes before kick-off. Two kiosks are situated on the Woodman car park (selling Birmingham Road End seats), another kiosk is situated at the Smethwick End/West Stand Stand corner (selling West Stand seats) and another outside the East Stand ticket office (selling East Stand seats). There are a further four cash-only ticket points in the Smethwick End's 'B' Block (selling Smethwick End seats).

The club now also offer a 'Tickets by Text' service which enables supporters to purchase tickets for home games. Once registered for the service the club will send a text prior to each game asking if you wish to purchase tickets for the fixture. Simply reply by text your seat requirements, if any. There is no commitment to purchase tickets. Text your name and membership number to 07800 000 199 and the club will call you back for more details. You will not be charged for any texts received from the club but as with telephone bookings there will be a £1 fee per transaction.

Loyality Points System

Season ticket holders and members can now earn loyalty points on tickets purchased. The more points gained may help with ticket allocation for games when demand is likely to be high.

Away season ticket holders and premier shareholders will automatically receive 300 points, home season ticket holders 150 points and members 50 points.

Throughout the season points will be allocated on a match-to-match basis. Each game will be rated between one and three points.

Points will only be awarded if supporters purchase their tickets for home or away games from The Hawthorns' East Stand box office or via Albion's online and phone ticketing system.

Supporters can only earn one set of points per match regardless of how many tickets they purchase for a game.

Membership

Members will have the right to buy individual match tickets before tickets are put onto general sale and will also be able to buy tickets over the internet.

Members will receive a card to show their membership status and membership number. A payment of £10 Adults, £5 Junior is required to cover your seasonal subscription.
