The game is the first-ever Premier League meeting between the two sides at The Hawthorns.
The game is dedicated as Astle Day, to coincide with the launch of the Jeff Astle Foundation.
Albion wore a special replica of their 1968 FA Cup Final winning kit, which contained no names or sponsors.
