BAGGIES TRAVEL

Baggies Travel is the only official travel service of West Bromwich Albion Football Club.

The coaches normally arrive on the East Stand car park  approximately 60-90 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you are travelling with other people and require seats together it is recommended that you get on the coaches as early as possible to reserve your seats. You can leave bags and coats across the seats letting people know that the seats are taken and then get off the coach to return nearer the time of departure although this is obviously done at the owners' risk.

Hot food and drinks are available before the coaches leave and are very reasonably priced. Toilets are open in the Smethwick End before setting off for the journey and are also available on coaches but are not to be used whilst the vehicle is stationary.

Greasy food (McDonalds, KFC, burgers, hot dogs etc) is not to be taken onto the coaches. Hot and cold drinks are available on the coaches along with chocolate and crisps, again at reasonable prices.

The 'Baggies Travel' video is usually shown on the way to each game, and is specifically produced for that day's fixture. The video is presented by Baggies Travel supremo Dave Holloway and supporters club chairman John Homer. The video features highlights of the last few fixtures (both home and away), footage of previous encounters between the teams concerned as well as interviews with current and ex Albion players. Some stewards also bring their own videos to show on the way there and back.

On the way to games the coaches normally stop off at a service station, usually for 20 - 30 minutes although on shorter journeys the coaches may not stop. The coaches do not stop on the way back from games.

When you arrive at the ground, what you do is totally your choice. When the final whistle goes, you must make your way back to the coach as quickly as possible as usually there will be a police escort waiting and coaches have to go when told to do so.

Please note, people planning to leave their cars at The Hawthorns should park on the Tom Silk Building car park in Halfords Lane and not on the East Stand car park.
